This two-hour forum will feature 5-6 panelists from various aspects of the mining industry discussing how their careers evolved, and the challenges they faced, or continue to face along the way.
The panelists include a young First Nations graduate just new to the work force as well as seasoned professionals, providing a good representation of the past, present and future of women in mining. Moderated by Dr. Lyn Anglin, President & CEO of GBC, the session will begin with an overview of women’s accomplishments to date in this vital industry, and will end with a Q&A period.
